The BDR Manager will be responsible for driving continued success in the development and progression of leads at the early stages of the Keelvar sales funnel.

The primary responsibilities of the role are to:

You are a source of knowledge and best practices amongst the BDRs and help to train, onboard, and mentor new BDRs with the help of Keelvar's sales leadership and enablement team.

The ideal candidate has a proven history of coaching Sales Development Representatives to exceed their monthly, quarterly and annual meeting & pipeline quotas. Your background exemplifies demonstrated success in building camaraderie and community across the team and the entire Business Development organization.

Your Profile

  • You will have 4-7 years experience working as a BDR/SDR in a SaaS organisation.
  • You enjoy prospecting and building relationships with new customers.
  • Strong understanding of BDR processes, including CRM, automation tools and technologies, setting up cadences, writing Salesloft content and "cold calling"
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • A growth mindset - this is paramount! We want you to feel happy to be creative, try new things and we will win and fail and learn together!
  • You like working with motivated people; and you strive to build relationships and delight customers.
  • You have a sense of ownership, you enjoy taking initiative and leading projects through to completion.
  • You enjoy working and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both English and German would be an advantage.
  • You are based in Ireland, the UK or Germany.
